Shipments

- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £100!

- FRESHA LONDON offers both domestic and international delivery options.

- Due to having warehouses in the UK, USA and Turkey, we are able to ship goods without import duties charged to you. Countries covering our warehouse locations are subject to this term. Countries outside UK & European Union, USA and Turkey are subject to import taxes.

- Orders usually take 2-5 business days for processing and orders places on Saturday,   Sunday and on Bank Holidays will be processed on the following business day. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. 

International Shipments

- Orders being shipped to addresses outside the UK & EU, USA and Turkey may be subject to import duties, and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

- When ordering from www.freshalondon.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of which you are receiving the goods.
We cannot predict the duties/taxes that will be applied to your package, so please contact your local customs agent before ordering.

- Fresha will not be responsible for any item held by the custom entity of any destination out of the UK & EU, USA and Turkey.

Returns & Refunds

- You have 28 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it.

- Sale items have 14 days return policy, beginning from the day you(or another person assigned by you) received it. 

- All sample sale items are sold as seen and they can not be refunded or exchanged.

- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in
original packaging.

- Unless Merchandise is worn, used and damaged, you can use the
returns form given to you in the box. In certain circumstances, such as Covid-19, we only assign the returns paper/label by e-mail only if the customer asks.

- We do not offer free returns service at the moment. Returns have to be arranged by the customer. If you would like us to use our logistic companies, we can deduct the cost of the shipment from your refund and generate a shipping label for you. 

- Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, unless we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.

- When we receive your goods processing can take up to 10
working days. When processed you will be informed via email.

- Final Sale items can not be refunded. We can only exchange with an available size/colour.

- If you would like to exchange an item for another colour or size,
please let us know by e-mail. If we have the item in stock we will ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your return. In certain circumstances, such as Covid-19, we only assign the returns/exchange authorisation form via e-mail if the customer asks.

Products must be returned complete (i.e. with any accessories or other parts that you receive with the Products) and, where possible, with all original packaging.

- Returns and Exchanges do not apply to countries we do not ship to.

- Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer.

Undelivered Packages


All undelivered packages will be processed as a credit return and subject to re-stocking fees. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order. You will be subject to new freight charges to reship the merchandise.

- We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.- The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
