Returns and exchanges

How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 28 days beginning from the day you(or another person assigned by you) received it. 

You must have told us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you've told us. 

Final Sale items have 14 days total return policy, beginning from the day you(or another person assigned by you) received it.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging with tags attached

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for returns for new collection or full priced items
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Returns are free for faulty items
• Returns are free for exchanged items
• You are responsible for the returns cost if the product is on Final Sale or over 30% Off Sale.
• Returns are charged at £3.99. We simply deduct this from your refund
• Alternatively, you can arrange return postage yourself, however we do not recommend this. 

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 working days.
